Beds Are Burning - Midnight Oil

I remember vividly the time I "almost" bought this album ( although I do own it now). We were in a sort of antique store, and me and my dad spotted it. Offering to buy it for me, he asked the owner how much it was. When he responded with 7 dollars, my dad laughed at him and told him this album wasn't worth that much. Frankly, he was right. Other this this track, this Australians 1987 release is fairly dull, but this song is a definite hit. About politic unrest at the time in Australia, its a very deep song with some great lyrics. Driven by a simple but awesome bass line, and coupled with some great timing and sound effects, this song is worth checking out.
